We recognize some of our members rely on Canada Post services to receive important updates, such as claim updates and reimbursements. 
 
To prevent an interruption in receiving reimbursements for your benefits, we highly recommend you enrol in automatic deposit by following the link below. It also provides step-by-step instructions on how to sign-up for these services.
 
We encourage all clients to sign up with our Medavie Mobile app (Blue Cross Mobile) or our secure Member Services Site (medaviebc.ca) to submit claims and have their reimbursements deposited directly into their bank account.
